All bookings must be made by individuals aged 18 or older.
Valid ID and (if applicable) driver’s license must be shown before departure.

2. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

3. Rental Conditions

The customer is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft during the rental period.
Late returns may incur additional charges.
Helmets, safety instructions, and briefings are provided before every ride.

4. Liability

We are not responsible for:

Personal injury or property damage arising from unsafe or reckless operation of the rented vehicle
Delays or interruptions caused by external factors (e.g., traffic, weather)

5. Force Majeure

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone bookings due to circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, government regulations, or emergencies.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services implies acceptance of any changes.
